help! — Best Treatment Option for Men
Honestly, the best and all natural treatment is Apple Cider Vinegar. Please read that post I wrote back a few years ago, (it’s still on the first page feed!). and see what results people have had. It’s cheap (a small bottle is all you need, and less than a couple bucks!). and effective! Mine were all but gone in around a week. Feel free to message me if after reading that post you have any questions. -)
Hey man, I agree Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) does work but be careful not to burn yourself. Start with q-tip method, dip into the ACV and hold on the warts for 5 minutes morning and night before bed.
Some people say to tape on cotton balls overnight, I tried this originally but ended up burning healthy skin, I wouldn’t recommend this method.
Also allow rest days, like 1-2 days inbetween treatments to let your health skin heal. The whole point of ACV is to irritate the skin and warts and this draws the immune system to the site where it will hopefully recognise the virus.
In addition, I use Wartamine, it’s $50 a bottle. It contains ACV in a more diluted form along with Tea Tree Oil, Zinc and some other anti-viral ingredients and I find that is less harmful to surrounding skin.
During your treatment and after you’ve treated them and they go, try and really boost your immune system by taking a good strong multivitamin, eating healthily, exercising and sleeping enough. You need to keep your immune system strong to stop them coming back. After 6 months of no new outbreaks, you can assume your body has cleared the virus that causes the warts.
One more thing, don’t worry about it, it’s so common, I know at least 2 friends who’ve had it and look how many people there are on here.
Thanks a lot takingcharge and wartman!
I panicked 2 nights ago and applied the ACV (for the first time) for about an hour or 2. The skin that it touched turned white then black. It still looked like that when I went to the Dr and he wasn’t too happy. I had to reschdule to get re-evaluated because he can’t properly assess with the irritation of the ACV. Ooops!
This has put me through the ringer mentally the last few days but I’m more calm now. Thanks again everyone!
I don’t go to the Dr at all. I use organic ACV and condylox. A Dr can do nothing different than you’re doing at home, except saving yourself money and embarrassment. All thats needed is to kill the skin cells, pretty easy right? The organic ACV works well, but does cause tremendous irritation for me. It takes a few weeks for the normal skin to regain its normal pigment. Get yourself some ACV, and supplements. Olive leaf, green tea, DIM plus, folic acid, reishi mushroom, and the big one, red marine algae. Are these a cure? No, but its well worth a shot in my book. I have a pill organizer, and once a week I fill it up, and swallow a bunch of pills everyday. I have no side effects from it all. I got all my info from forums of women clearing HPV, and they know, because of the pap test. Men cannot be tested, but after 6 months of no warts, I’m going to move on with my life.
